Starting times and event details for Comic Con are posted below. Please click on the link to confirm your starting times. Things may change as we get closer to the event, but this is how things stand as of now. Just so you are aware, this event requires a lot of standing. You will most likely not be sitting much, if at all. You will get breaks, but those are also altered and/or delayed at times depending on the situation and time of day. The lines to purchase food are extremely long, especially on Saturday and Sunday. Please bring food with you for lunch, as you will almost certainly not have time to buy food and be back to your post before your break is over.
*** We will be meeting every morning as a group in the parking lot before going inside to meet with the Comic Con staff in order to go over your responsibilities. You must be on time for your shift each day in order to make these meetings. ***

Dates: May 17-19
Location: Suburban Collection Showplace, 46100 Grand River, Novi
Uniform: Khaki pants (NO SHORTS AT INDOOR EVENTS), orange shirts, sweatshirts, or pullovers, comfortable and appropriate shoes . Orange shirts will be available at the event.
NOTE: For those who haven't worked Comic Con before, I would suggest bringing food and drinks in a cooler and leaving them in your car for your break times. There is concession at the venue, but the lines can get very long, and you most likely won't have time to get back to your post in time, especially on Saturday and Sunday.
Parking: Free parking is available at the venue. Please let them know you are working the event when you arrive.

SCHEDULE
The event closes at 7 pm on Friday and Saturday, and 5 pm on Sunday. Most people will finish their shifts within 30 minutes of the closing of the show each day, but you may be done sooner depending on crowd size. Below are your start times for each day.
