2023 Taco Fest Information
- The event is located in downtown Royal Oak.
- Our office trailer will be located at 3rd St. and Knowles in downtown Royal Oak.There is free parking for workers at Grant Park (check the map below), or you can pay to park at any of the city lots or structures.
- It is a must for you to be on time. Please allow yourself at least 20 minutes to park and walk to the meeting spot. We will be walking out to six different gates, so anyone who is late will be setting the entire operation back.
- Please come prepared with food and drinks for the weekend.
- Our uniform will be khaki shorts or pants, comfortable shoes, and our orange polos/pullovers. We will have extra shirts if you need one. Please come prepared for rain/cold.
- For those of you working events for the first time, please be aware that staffing requests from the event as well as shift times can, and often do, change at a moment's notice.
- Please make sure you confirm your start times below.
