Ending time: The event is scheduled to end at 8 pm.
Parking: is free and is available on-site with the attached pass (see pass with map below). The parking lot is located at Rivard and Atwater (the old River Days site). You will enter the lot from Rivard Street as noted on the map on the parking pass. You will need to show the pass at the lot. It can be printed out or on your phone.
ONCE YOU GET ON THE SHUTTLE, YOU WILL BE GOING TO THE GRATIOT ENTRANCE. THIS IS WHERE OUR OFFICE TRAILER IS. FIND THIS INFORMATION ON THE MAP.

Uniform: Khaki shorts or pants, comfortable shoes, orange Premier shirts or pullovers. Uniform shirts AND SWEATSHIRTS will be available on-site.
Notes: This is an extremely large festival site. Once you park, you will be shuttled to the office location. The shuttle will go to each gate. YOU WILL BE EXITING THE SHUTTLE AT THE GRATIOT GATE. THAT IS WHERE OUR OFFICE TRAILER WILL BE LOCATED.
Please bring food and drinks. You will have breaks, but there will most likely not be time for you to purchase food at the event and be back to your post in time. You can keep a cooler or bag next to you at your post.
