AUTO SHOW INFORMATION PAGE

​​DATES: Wednesday, Sept. 14 - Sunday, Sept. 25
LOCATION: Huntington Place (formerly Cobo Center), Downtown Detroit
UNIFORM: Our uniform for all days except Friday, September 16, is going to be khaki pants and comfortable shoes. I have purchased new long sleeve orange polo shirts for everyone, but please wear your current orange pullovers if you have one, just in case.  This is a more formal event than the others that we work, so we will not be wearing shorts, hats, sweatshirts, or hoodies of any kind. 
CHARITY PREVIEW UNIFORM: Friday, September 16, is the Charity Preview. FOR THIS NIGHT ONLY, WE WILL BE DRESSING FORMALLY, MEANING SUITS WITH SHIRT AND TIE, AND DRESSES OR OTHER FORMAL WEAR. DRESS AS THOUGH YOU ARE ATTENDING A WEDDING. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE NOT DRESSED APPROPRIATELY ON THIS NIGHT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WORK. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS TYPE OF CLOTHING FOR THIS NIGHT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO I CAN ADJUST THE SCHEDULE.
OFFICE LOCATION: Our office will be in room 113-A, which is located downstairs under Hall A. To get there, take the elevator that is located next to Hall A down to the first floor.
SCHEDULE INFORMATION: I have created a schedule according to the best information I have at this time. As this is the first year the Auto Show is going with the fall format, as well as the first year we are staffing the event in a very long time, please be prepared to be flexible with days and start times.
